Welcome Drew Families,

As the school social worker, I am a liaison between families and school.  Teachers can make referrals for their students, then I follow up with families to determine their needs.  Also, families can contact me to receive resources related to the following services:

Community Resources Links: 

• Emergency Food resources-Food Bank Referrals 
• Community Agency resources and referrals (assistance with rent, utilities, housing, government assistance)
• Acquiring health insurance for your children

Mental Health Resources:

• Individual or group counseling services for students on a short term, goal oriented basis focusing on a school issue
• Referrals to community mental health professionals
• Parenting classes (offered at times during the school year...check announcements for schedule)
• Behavioral support for families to address issues in the home
• Other services offered through the Child Study Team
• Referral to FAPT (Family Assessment and Planning Team)
